Terrible realtor. Has a voicemail on his phone that states he doesn’t monitor but you should text him … but he doesnt reply at all. Its hard to find anyone that knows what customer service is these days. Im sure 90% of his positive reviews are from people that look just like him. Sad world

First time working with Huy (realtor) as a lender and our buyer was super happy he found Huy as their realtor. Most people think buying a new build doesn’t require a realtor but having a professional on the buyer’s side is a huge advantage. The buyer said Huy was very professional and was able to negotiate a big price reduction from the builder. Huy was very quick in getting us any documents needed for us to process the loan and get the loan approved 1 week earlier than expected. Overall the buyers are super happy with their new home and as a lender we are glad to have worked with Huy.
